I did searchbar and a few things came up, but I reviewed them and it wasn't entirely relevant.

Cults are not as popular so I decided to make an official thread, I don't care if you don't appreciate that fact.

I picked up a homebrewery kit today and decided to give it a shot, it was fairly easy and now i'm just waiting for my brew to ferment.

Anybody who is interested or who has experience with homebrewing, your opinions and tips are greatly appreciated, maybe even contributing some ideas to make different types of beer and using different ingredients. I'll have pictures up later.

Made an IPA in my dorm with my roommate sophomore year. It fucking rocked for the first week. But after that, it got waaayyy to carbonated. Whenver you opened it and poured it (no matter how carefully done), about 90% of the pour ended up foam, and it took MINUTES to come down at all. But its fun and well worth it overall.

This is chad. This is a picture of him being slightly too cold.

the kit cost me around 89$ but we purchased a lot of extra things that include: Corn sugar, large funnel, auto siphon, and bottle caps. And then there's the 6 gallon beer ingredients which came to 21$. All in all, expect to drop around 150 on a fully working set, but if you cant perfect the batch and get a high alcohol content, you'd be saving a LOT of money. and it's just plain fun.

I have been working on a rye whiskey back home in Minnesota, I wonder whats going on with it right now...
