so yah i guess this is for the older people on NS cause a fair amount of people dont even remember when the NES came out and some probialy dont even know what NES is... for those of you who dont know its the original nintendo... so for those of you that have played it... what was your favourite game... i have about 17 or so games right now for NES i have:

Super Mario 1, 2, 3

Skyshark

TMNT 2

Gremlins 2

donkeykong classics

RC pro racing

Majorleigue(sp?) baseball

blades of steel

ski or die

duckhunt(w/ Gun)

operation wolf

tetris(the master)

Dr.Mario

The legend of zelda

track and meet(yes i also have the running mat)

Kung-fu Heros

Shanobi

Star voyager(havent been able to get it to work for a while)

Rivercity ransom

what you guys got for nes, i wanna get a SNES and battletoads for like anything... and i want like everythign for NES or SNES it'd be rad to have like 150 NES games
 
have you ever played battletoads?

or skyshark.. thier sick games too... even tho smb3 is really good, but battletoads is soo freaking hard that if you can wrap it you're pretty much a god.. i'm trying to wrap skyshark.. its hard as shit.. the only game i've ever beat'n fully on nes is smb3,2,1, and punch out... a crap load of nes games are nearly impossible to beat
 
i'm pretty sure thats for snes... but those are some pretty dope games too... oh if any one her has a bunch of NES games and treasures them lik ei do you'll understand how i felt when my parents sold like 20 of my NES games and the other NES system i had at a garage sale i was over at my moms for like 2 days and they took all my old stuff that they thaught was junk and started to sell, it i was soo pissed when i found out they sold a fair amount of my games...

and another thing that i forgot to mention is that ski or die and sk8 or die were pretty sick games too
 
what happened to the NES games?.. and the best thing that i think about all the new consoles that are coming out i beleive that the wii is the best cause you can download all of the older nintendo games... its be super great to have all teh older games.. oh and if you manage to get all the original nintendo stuff and sell it on eBay i bet you could make over a million bucks.. due to the demand of it and that all the NES cartrages are discontinued

you used him in the game GYROMITE. never worked that good but is a cool peice of gaming history

 
i remember that guy, i never remember having one, but apparently i had one.. but i think i might buy one off ebay if i can find one
 
i had a baseball game for the nes i loved it specially 2 played. for some reason if i held down the a button half way when i pitched it would always count as a strike and the batter could never hit it. pisse dthe shit outa my friends lolz
 
hell ya, but that games kinda cheap after a while though.

s'all about mortal kombat! even though you can be cheap as hell in that game too haha
 
Turtles 2 was so sick and still remains one of the best games ever.

Ninja Gaiden or Shadow Warriors in the US is so damn hard!
 
u mean snes? or the really old one cuz i have snes and its pretty sick but for the really old one any of the marios are my favorite and for snes donkey kong or super mario brothers all stars it ha 5 different bersions of mario its sick
 
man i remember my nes......we had it untill we were like 8. You had those game packs with like 500 games in it, pretty sweet deal. It was pretty tricky to start it during the end of its life. You had to blow in it twice, press the select button twice really fast while you pressed the start button. My dad was killer at Mario, but i was king of the duck hunt.
 
yeah dude i loved both battletoads and bubble bobble. i used to have battletoads but i dont know what happened to it. id say one of my favorites was definitly ice hockey, my buddy and i would just see how many fights we could get into in a game. punch out was badass too although i could never beat tyson.
 
Captain Skyhawk was probably my favorite. But you had to use the special joystick controller to get the full effect. Mike Tyson's Punch Out and Little League Baseball were fun as hell too.
 
zelda. super mario bros 1 and 2. loony tunes 2. kirby. and a couple more, i think a hockey one
