So I walked to Sundown today.. there is patchy snow on the ground.Anyone got details on Mohawk/Southington/Sundown?I heard expected 10th of Dec for Sundown from my ski patrol friend....
 
Southington is going for Saturday. Next week is looking good for snowmaking. I just hope that they are open by the time I come home from school (18th) haha.
 
Sundown is shooting for the 10th, the guys have been blowing snow at nights since Thursday, and there seems to be no end in sight. Park crew is cleaning up the last of the rails in the beginning of the week and coming up with our opening day plan, we'll probably be setting up wednesday or thursday. can someone tell me why mohawk would be an option at all? there's literally zero park, and nothing that would merit an 'all mountain' only ski day.

woodbury, however, (also equally as shitty) has allguns blazin with about 10 crappy, ski-destroying features. and you will pay $30 to do so, not to mention the pain you will endure the following few days of having your back and arms wrenched out by the violent rope tow!
 
Haha, completely true... But me and a couple other kids have built our own little park stash area, so it's not that bad. Basically, you have too look out of bounds in order to find anything.
