Big D and the kids table played at my school a couple weeks ago. They were horrendous, I yelled at them and he yelled back during the set.

i saw him in April or May of this past year. like 6 months ago i guess? he's soo fucking good live. cept this mom in front of me was being so lame and was yelling the lyrics only to his "popular songs" and kept looking at me, to see if i was watching her.. and i was in a sling from my broken collarbone, but it was still an awesome show.

they say it's all ages, but when you go to buy tickets it says 16+. that's the only part that could be a potential problem for some kiddies.

he is sooo good in concert. i really wish he would do a little something with ben folds five though, that would be amazing.

O.A.R in chicago (Aragon) December 16th. it will be a good way to relax right after finals. may be dave at madison in november.
 
oh man. it was so good. my arms hurt so bad from smashing people in the pit. thrice played such a long set. most of it was new stuff. i was singing along and everyone was looking at me weird. it's not that hard in this day and age to get the leak. i'm not condoning piracy, i've pre-ordered the super delux one with the 7" already, but geez it's easy to find. i did the meet and greet afterwards for the alliance people and it was kind of akward. but i got some stuff signed so it was worth it. overall, very fun and much better than previous times i've seen them. mainly because the venue was better.
