Official Big Sky/ Moonlight thread

I'll be there from late December until closing day. Interested to see what Moonlight does with their new park area now that the news of the death of big sky's ambush park has sunk in. Anyway, who else is skiing at lone peak this winter.
 
eh it's all good , i've had a big sky season pass for the last 2 seasons and i'm lookin for something new. not to say i won't be over there plenty o times though. can't wait for the seaz
 
better than decent... but for those of us who dipped into the rice bowl, i think that was the deepest snow i found anywhere. best opening day i've had in awhile for sure
 
Went to bed at 2:30am last night set my alarm clock to 6:30 to wake up in time for the bus...I think it went off and I hit it a bunch of times till it shut up and than went back to bed and woke up at 12...I am almost positive that is what happened or I might of just dreamed it

But tomorrow! I am doing it!!
 
who's all goin to big sky tomorrow? my plans were to go shred great divide but i hear it's not very nice... so big sky it is.
 
Holy fuck....It was amazing today...Blue bird...Found some knee deep snow...almost broke my wrist...damn good day...I think my legs are going to fall off.
 
there is a few rails.. this weekend there was... a down boxa down rail& a down w/ like a 2foot flat and then down again i believe... ... those were all lined up next to eachother
and then lower there is a flat box.. a small jump and a up rail.. i think thats it. but it was fun..
 
for sure. you were a day late though, saturday felt like mid season snow... so deep. all in all a great opening weekend though
