The season kicks off tomorrow and we don't have anywhere to talk about it. No more!

Let me tell you, I am very aroused.

Over-rated, clap clap, clap clap clap. We had them last year if we had a kicker that could hit a 31 yarder. Not to mention we were without our two absolute best defensive players. De'Anthony Thomas with a year of experience under his belt? You fucking kidding me. Mariota will be the best QB since Dixon, we have the best defensive unit since gang green, and Kenjon barner WILL lead the nation in rushing.. What does SC have? Barkley, sure? They had him last year, yeah he'll be a little better this year but our D is way better l. Silas Redd, sure. But he'll be splitting carries with Mcniel who's just as good. Bottom line their rushing attack isn't that important. Woods and Lee, great receivers but they were the best in the nation last year. What else do they have? An extreme lack of depth on both sides of the ball and only 71 scholarship players. Any key injuries and they're fucked l, playing them in November only helps our case. Bottom line a thinned defense will not be able to stop our offense and our improved defense will be able to keep them somewhat at bay l. We will win the second game if not both. Count on it
 
yup, I am very excited. Not even about who we're playing, he's just so accurate. Could be any team on defense out there. Not to mention his 4.4 speed
 
what kinda student isnt at the game? I get school hasnt started yet but cmon. How long you been a duck fan?
 
My lease doesn't start till the 5th which is bull shit. I'll be there on thursday though.

I'd say since ncaa football 2003 came out with Joey Harrington on the cover. Wanted to go there ever since.
 
I was at the 2000 civil war, you probably dont even know why that game was important, let alone the outcome. I have a wooden beaver statue holding two dead ducks, one wearing a harrington jersey. I despise you, your university, and your undeserved sense of accomplishment more than you can even imagine. The bandwagon fans are the worst though. I love my beavs through thick and thin and have since my first live game in 95. My dad was a CB for them in the 60's. Its in my blood. Its a level of passion you will never have.

On that note, their current run has been great, money is awesome isnt it? but dont worry, it wont last, chip will leave and you will return to realm of irrelevance. uo isnt USC, and will never be USC. enjoy this run because its sure to end sooner than you think.

I hope your team crashes and burns, along with your university. I hope your getting a communication degree, granted there are some smart kids at uo. Leave the science/engineering/math to the smarter kids. And yes, i double majored in biology and chemistry.

 
Fucking awesome! The ducks are hella fun to watch but their bandwagon fans have forever ruined any hopes of ever wanting to see them succeed... I watch every duck game in the hopes they'll slip up and lose and bandwagon fans will walk home with their tales between their legs

Yeah we had a great 7-5 season in 02-03. Hopped right on that bandwagon. You mentioned you became a beavs fan in 2000, the 11-1 fiesta bowl season...

Anyway I apologize that you have to struggle through mediocrity in all major sports for the foreseeable future, and are made to toil under our glorious reign atop the Pac 12. Left to weep in the many pastures of Corvallis a we go to a 4th consecutive BCS game.

You came a fan when harrington was qb. His last season uo crushed colorado in the fiesta bowl and finished number two behind miami. we dont scoff because we arent homos, we boldly yell 'go fuck yourselves'

Actually I became a fan his first year in the NFL. The year after the fiesta bowl win you are referring to. I was also 10 at the time..

And yes, Oregon webfoots 1939 national champs. First NCAA tourney.

Haha man if Utah blows it again this year, i'm gonna be so pissed. utah's team is 100 times better than CU but somehow, the game that would have put them in the pac12 champ game, they lost to the worst in the pac 12. Classic. Oh well, Utah is looking better this year, can't say as much for CU.

hey dallas, you see what my school did yesterday? nice 17 point win over a pathetic fresno team at home. Your defense sucks this year, and just got worse with the loss of boyett. The pac played great in the big games.
 
ESPN's Mike Golic and Magic Johnson have a bet on tonight's Michigan State - Notre Dame game.  If Mich.S wins Magic has to tweet out a pic of himself in a ND jersey, and give up his own signed jersey.  if NotreDame wins Golic has to collect balls during BP @ a Dodgers game,  wearing a Mich.S jersey!   It was so funny hearing them plan this out all week, and even though I would root for ND I really want to see MG running after baseballs..
 
Fucking OSU got so lucky we can't kick field goals today... Also, the refs stole a TD from us with a phantom holding call. The bears outplayed them nearly all game long, and downright crushed them in the 4th quarter... Shouldn't have lost because of bad special teams play...

But really we just lost because "Cal..."

Fucking Useless Spoiled Children... and now they'll be firing on all fucking cylinders next week when we go down and play them. They'll throw like 80 touchdowns and we'll get maybe 1. We might also maybe get a field goal - because that's just how it works. We make them when it doesn't fucking matter these days.

Fuck you college football haha.

 
U of U just won against BYU in the rivalry game... The last one for 2 years (or so I am told) because they aren't in our conference.

Thought we won 3 different times. The first time there was some call that put an extra second on the clock (U of U on defense, within BYU field goal range). Fans rushed the field. The second time, fans rushed the field while the ball was still live, after BYU's kick to go into overtime was blocked. The third time, the kick went off the post, and fans rushed the field again.

U of U won 24-21.

Quite exciting.
