Official 2010/11 Outerwear Thread

They're awesome skis. Probably my favorite ski I've ever been on. They're stiff enough underfoot and will hold an edge at higher speeds and don't chatter due to their sidewall construction. On jumps they're super nimble and stable. The rocker's awesome, I've landed a perfect 90 degrees away from the spin that I was going for and just shuffled right out of it. It also helps for surface switchups. The rocker isn't like pow rocker, it's subtle. So they ride pow very similar to other park skis, but if you know how to ski, you'll be fine in powder. I take them all over the mountain. From park to "backcoutry" they're awesome. My one issue with the skis is for some reason one of the tips delaminated. Fortunately I know my shit and it's gonna be an easy fix.

Overall, they are awesome and I would definitely recommend you get a pair.

Thanks man. Appreciate it. +K. I have been looking into this ski a lot and it seems to be what i am looking for. What you just said sealed the deal. Thanks.

Haha this was comming down from sessioning a BC booter which I had fallen on like 3 runs prior to this shot and gotten all snowy and such. They were pretty much impossible to see out of so I just hit the jump without them for several runs while they dried out.

Makes you realize how helpful goggles really are though...

That purple is so much sicker then the stock photo's make it look. DO WANT, but $200 is a bit high for me right meow.

you get what you pay for, dude. i dropped 240 on the purp jacket and it was so worth it. while the jacket isnt as warm as i expected, its got all the features you need and looks so sick. hood snaps are so fucking underrated.

I'm British.. So only Ski once/twice a year.. Hoping to head out to Canada/USA on a gap year before Uni to ski for 6 months. I don't really go for the whole 'thug' look, just because It's usually accosiated with Park.. And quite frankly. I'm useless in the park. I want to get better, but just because of how much I ski, I don't really have the time to put the effort into getting better. I've got some 09 Chronics with PX 12 Wides on them as well. None of my suit is that expensive either.

It is quite some time since you posted this but i still have to tell you. Sweet Protection makes only high quality products! They all have a 2 year warranty, and if you break whatever item you own, you get a new one. They chose to have high prices just because they don't want everyone to have their products. They only make a limited amount of clothing and protection. Also they are Norwegian based high quality product makers... I'd rather walk around in Sweet than Burton! Check your facts before commenting things being gay...
