i don't understand why everyone hates the patriots just because they've been good in the past 8 years, seriously, they sucked before, and remember brady was their second stringer for a while, thank god bledsoe got hurt and they realized brady's potential, but seriously i've been through the worst of times and best of times with the pats, just like the red sox, the celtics and bruins i have however been unable to see the best of times with yet, except when ray bourque finally got his stanley cup, even though it was with the avs it was still a great moment in sports history in the fan's of the bruins

i dunno dude, the best playing teams have been san diego, jacksonville, and the patriots, they've all been on their game, i wouldn't be surprised if san diego gives the colts a good run for their money or completely over take them
 
yeah im aware the charger colt game will be close if chargers win however pats will win the super bowl sadly if colts win i think they have a legit shot at taking out the pats
 
why is it sad? they're clearly the best team in football right now, why is it sad if the best team wins the super bowl? honestly everyone hating on the patriots is old and tiresome and pretty much uncalled for, root for your team, but honestly don't be pissed off if the best team in football, wins the super bowl, any team can be as good as them, remember there is a salary cap in football, unlike baseball

i know what you're saying...but i have grown up hating 4 teams, forever basically. cowboys, browns, bengals, and patriots. when all of them were good bad it didn't matter, i hated them and always will. i truly hope any team beats the patriots though...even the cowboys

There's a reason we're 12-2 in the playoffs under Belichick, with 3 superbowls in the last 6 years, and i'm pretty sure there's a good reason he was named coach of the year for the second time. If you knew anything, you'd know that the pats go into big games with new defensive and offensive schemes. What are the colts gonna prepare for, your basic run of the mill offense and defense that we've been running for the last couple games? They're gonna shit their pants when they face something they're not prepared for, and have no idea what they're doing. The colts are a system, with peyton at the center. Most teams play into the system and get beat, but when you throw a wrench in that they're not prepared for (like in the chargers game), the system breaks down. Belichick knows this and will exploit it to his fullest extent. If you think the colts have any chance of beating us, you're sadly mistaken.
 
i have more to add to ^. youre fuckin retarded first of all. watch espn or something before you speak. we havent lost because we adapt to different teams, we dont do the same thing over and over again. notice how im most games there has been a different star. moss more than anyone else, but its people like wes welker (against dallas, 2 tds and a shitload of recs and yds) and laurence maroney (14 rush for like 113 yds against miami and a td) that get the job done. we exploit the weaknesses of over teams and shit on them. im pretty sure bill belichick didnt get coach of the year by having the same gameplan every week, fucking retard
 
i do know what i am talking about and i do watch plenty of espn but unlike you i dont agree with everything they say on TV. You obviously have bias beliefs because your a fan of the pats. And saying they will kill the colts is dumb. it will be much closer than you think
 
i prob watch more espn and interviews than any of you guys. I know football and i love watching tom brady play just as much as the next guy. I know he is great i know the pats are great. All i am saying is the pats fans shouldnt under estimate the colts and think they will kill them because they wont. for you to tell me to watch more espn or w.e makes no sense, those guys dont know everything you get a lot more out of the game by watching it not the highlights and breakdowns and interviews.

theres no bias in what i said... just the facts. we have a spread offense and SPREAD the ball around. how was i biased in saying that we adapt to different teams? its just the plain simple fact. and saying that we will kill the colts is not dumb. everyone said that it would be close with the chargers, and steelers, but look at what happened there. plus, the colts have to play in NE. just you wait for peyton to play in 30 degree weather
 
Pats barely beat the colts when they were playing there best football. Lately they have been good but not amazing and i don't think they are playing to the level of the jaguars not to mention the colts. I would still give them a about a 50% chance of making the superbowl and a 45% chance of winning it. (I think Green Bay could give them a battle)
 
pats / cowboys would be sick, but i think green bay will probably get in. any team in the nfc has a shot, really, but the pats win no matter what.
 
peyton has beat the pats in his day especially in the last couple years they wont get killed and i never thought any team was gonna beat the pats this reg season except for the colts i was never sold on the chargers or steeelers. no im not a colt fan or anything just believe their team matches up very well vs the pats and for you to critisize my knowledge of football is hiliarious since im sure i know more about football than most ppl on this site.
