Yeti Snowskate jam is tonight too and they have spent alot of time on that and it looks pretty damn cool, I want to hit it on my skis or board :)

Im not sure the schedule for that, its in the paper, there are different times for different categories though i know that.

Finally getting some good powder lately

They re did all the jibs in the park, ripped them out and reinstalled them in diff spots and from what I've seen and heard of the new park, im very stoked.

Ill get some pics soon.

USASA slopestyle comp and x-cross coming up next weekend. If people have never done a USASA event and only want to do one, I think its only like 20 bucks to enter. The x-cross sounds kind of interesting as well as a slopestyle.

New lips built on the 2nd and 3rd jump in Central Ave, MUCH more chill, Im really stoked, they are smooth. 2nd lip built on the big jump too which is shorter and appears bootier than the big one.

Ill get pics soon.

We've been getting a lil bit of snow daily. We got some good sunshine today too.

USASA Slopestyle comp on Saturday and a USASA Border/skiercross on Sunday. Park is gonna be closed on Saturday so keep that in mind. Competition is gonna be kinda cool cause setup is good right now, it will be interesting. I think it costs like 25 bucks to enter it per day. Skiercross sounds interesting too.

That video is sick and shows exactly what the park is right now.

The big jumps are really good right now too.

Its sunny.

Comp was sick yesterday.

Xcross today.

Ill see you up there....

today was alot of fun the parks pretty good right now as you can tell from the video the only problem i have is the landing could be a bit longer on the big jump

There are two lips, one of them is nice and lippy. The other one is a bit different as you can see from the pic. The smaller one is really good though I think. I overshot the landing and its still on a downhill slope so it didnt really hurt, just dont flail...heheh. Speed is good for it too, it gives you good hangtime.

Yeah, I know know willis is messing with me, i met devor the other day, hes in a vid my friend just put up, he def doesnt dress in huge crap. eric is pretty gangst though, he was killing the 50 footer so hard, does he have a ns account.

No Erik doesnt have a NS account for some reason cause hes a newb.

He might be up this week, i just saw him up at the mountain driving up as i was leaving.

We got some good powder today, that was cool. A few inches piled up in places.

Thanks for filming that too, I can't wait for the rest of the season, its gonna be epic. I have a feeling we will get more pow soon....then the park is really gonna go off.

Nightriders comp is this friday night. Starts at around 6, signup at 4 or earlier if you can. Practice is before the comp. Prizes are probably pretty good, I dont know them. Cost is 20-25 bucks depending on what class you do.

^yeah it looks real sick right now from what i've seen.. may have to make a trip home soon to hit it up.. how has the speed been for the big jump with all these warm temps though?

I looked the other day on Back Door and didnt see it, Ill have to go again sometime.

Mountain was sick today, Park is killin it

Shot with Noah Clayton in the park the other day. The features are def the best I've seen in all the years I've spent riding in WF. Wish the in-line jumps had slightly longer decks as they are pretty easy to overshoot, but the big booter is nice if you can get the speed...on the DL I might bring a ziplock of sidewalk salt for the inrun if you wanna boost the big side on a sunny day.

seshed the big booter today...so so so much fun and floaty. You have to stay on your tails the whole way to the last like 10 feet, but if you can do that it is all good. Great day today and park is super fun. So stoked.

If any of y'all are up on the mountain tomorrow and wanna shoot some photos on the park features call me I should be up there most of the day.

Dunno if anyone knows this kid Tom from Ontario, I was riding with him all morning yesterday but we split off for a bit and I didn't run into him again so I couldn't get his email, so if any of y'all know him shoot me a pm with his info. He was throwin down, as well as Nate P, and a few other dudes. Park is super fun in the sun lately.

AMEN. The range of speed for that thing is so narrow.

Jake was killing it today. Cork 7 leading hand mutes like whoa.

The rail jam at the base lodge with feature the c-box, kink rail, and the 30 ft. Park is pretty bare right now only a few features set up i expect that to change by the weekend though.

Yup. It was very fun and quite deep for a spring snow.

It looks like its gonna snow tonight too, try to get up there early if you can tomorrow if you want some powder cause it will probably be super packed.

I swear I think hes doing a double cork 14 but people call it a dub cork 10, not sure, need to analyze the footy closer. Insanity....BUT, the big jumps are good right now :) Speed was super fast today so thats good too. I didnt even hit it cause I was teaching a ski school group lol but I was just analyzing it while I was slowly riding by thinking about how the jump doesnt have much longer to live....hehe

Anyways....

Props to Danner Pickering for winning the overall Skiers Open

TJ Andrews for winning Snowboard Open overall too

Maggie Voisen won the ladies overall division

Wyatt Coe won Overall Grom

Am ski winner overall was Ryan, right?

Am boarder was Baylon Connoly

Rail jam was fun, could have been longer but it was a good time!

Slopestyle turned out pretty legit too. Big jumps and Central jump avenue are really good right now. Same with the jibs. For the run that the park is on, its pretty legit. Going to be interesting to see what happens next year.

Pond Skim this saturday.

Closing Day on this sunday.

Its definitely been a good season for me, what do you all think?

If that rail jam would have gone on longer i would have passed out. Pretty fun season to bad we didnt get more snow.

TSP is coming up for one more park shoot! Bringing about 10 of us this time...hoping the jump is in good shape and the weather decides to cooperate with us!

dude today was so so sick, sorry for being a waste of film and giving myself a concussion Shane and the rest of the TSP crew. From what i remember the session was so dope pre-wreck. Hope the rest of the day got great shots.
