hey all yous,most of you are expierencing shitty weather now and i know your pissed. in Buffalo, its 60 and raining. i am in a major depressive, vegitave state. SOOO if your pissed, heres your chance to vent. If you have some weahter updates, long range forecasts, or anything positave coming out of this shit ass weather, post it!!
 
yeah today SUCKED. i volunteered for the special olympics to help out and get our of school. all was well in the morning. but when we were allowed to ski on our own.it poured buckets on us. ive never skied in such shitty weather in my entire life. this blows. this past weekend they were able to blow alot of snow. then monday rolls around and its 67 degrees and all that snow goes to the shitter
 
yup i live in PA and just when i thought the rain was done(casue a week ago it rained for like 4 days straight) and it was goign to snow or somehthing its now like 55 and raining again,but at least iam going to VT this weekend where i heard its not bad...
 
yea im an hour outside of TO, and its 9 degrees outside right now, isnt that fucking awesome?

There is not a mound of snow to be found on the side of the roads or even on the grass...just at the resorts.

The only good thing about this weather if anything, is that since people don't see any snow on their lawn they don't bother going skiing...when in fact the base at my resort is still quite high! SHORT LINES!
 
The weather does suck, but atleast its not like a couple weeks ago when it was cold and raining then really icy. Now its just slushy snow. It was freezing rain this morning, so many accidents. It is sopposed to snow tonight or tomorrow I think.

here is a long term prediction for the weather, hopefully it comes true, soon.

well i think were all feeling the effects of global warming to some degree. These effects are even more evident near the poles, where the temperature is rising more quickly. this means that alot of the icecaps are melting, which is cpntributing to a rising ocean level. this rise in ocean level will screw up and nearly stifle the ocean currents that distribute heat from the equator both to the north and south. without these ocean currents ditributing heat, we will head into another ice age. hopefully this is true, and i hope it happens sooon.
 
Wow did you come up with that yourself? or maybe you just copied the idea from movies like "The Day After Tomorrow".
 
^Yeah man the weather in Colorado is so strange right now. Everything east of the divide is like summer with fires and stuff, but everywhere else west of the divide (well, not sw co) it is one of the best winters on record for snowfall.
 
o yeah i saw that one a tv show the otehr day called like 'killer ice'. they were drilling into ice cores in greenland and the base looked like hoth. and they said that this cycle has happened before, were just speeding it up.
 
no, im pretty sure ice age=bad.. mammoth wouldnt be a mountain anymore, it would be a creature you'd have to kill for food

It will feel like spring in the Northeast over the next couple of days, but don't let that fool you into thinking winter is over. The weather will make a dramatic change for the worse this weekend as a big storm develops along the New England coast. The jet will dip well to the south, allowing the storm to deepen and gather strength. As this process unfolds, cold air coming down the backside of the storm will mix with moist air from the Atlantic Ocean. At first, the storm will mainly be a rain and coast gale maker, but as the cold air advances eastward the rain will change to heavy snow. By Sunday afternoon, a foot or more of snow is possible in northern New England.
 
Like 0 C here atm. Not that much snow but..we had like 50 cm of powder, but it's all gone now. Bah..and the park sucks monkeys ass so far. I live in norway tough, so hopefully there will be more snow! Otherwise I will get pissed!
 
its been 40 here in upstate new york for the past 3 days.. now its currently raining! this winter sucks ass i cant do anything in the backyard now:( hopefully it will change...
 
i live in michigan and i have no snow except on the llocao ski hill which is closed to the public. its only open to ski team members, myself, and now thats getting closed down too. thats the only place i can ski besides a 3 hour drive north for a day of skiing but i have to work. wtf is going on
 
the weather sux balls i heard its supposed to snow saturday night and stay cold into sunday and the following week hopefully it does cuz i got off of school on monday and i wanna do some skiing

sunday = high of 24

sunday night = low of 18

rest of the week = low to mid 30s

ive been hearing otherwise.

i heard that theres a flood warning for nh and vt and that it might switch to snow really late into the storm and wont amount to much. maybe like a couple of inches max
 
my prediction is that we are going to have a crazy spring with alot of snow.

it was 38 yesterday and raining
