in general, the closer it is to when the new line of stuff comes in, the lower the prices, but also, the longer you wait, the more it has been picked through, aka less chance of finding something you want. Idk any local shops, but if you find one/a couple. just stop by there every other week or so once the season has ended. I think its still pretty early to be looking for deals.
