ive got four but i only use one on the snow and one for urbans.

we've made the attempt to get him too riley, its not our fault. o well hopefully hell destroy the park with his invaders now..... lets hope he doesnt care what happens to at least one pair now.

Not necessarily true... granted I dont own 12 pairs of skis... but I ski on two pairs of skis in a given day probably 70% of the days I go out... because I have the edges all rounded under foot on my park skis for rails... so they are useless bordering on dangerous on the east coast ice... so if I want to ski anything other than park i have to switch skis... So I ALWAYS bring at least two pairs with me to the mountain.

Personally I dont think you can ever have too many skis... I love them... I look at it almost like a collection... skis kick ass.

My line up for this season:

03-04 Rossi Scratch FS 170 - Urban/early season

05-06 Rossi Scratch BC 171 - Some Park.... BC jib ski

06-07 K2 Seth 179 - All mountain everyday

07-08 Moment Reno Jib 181 - Pure Park

07-08 BlueHouse District 187 - Powder/Charging

And then I have some old Salomon verse 8s but I dont count those cause I havent ridden them in a few years.

1 pair only and they are pretty much in urban condion. i never get to ski real pow, so 2 pairs is ok. 1 for urbans and another pair for everything else.

Park: I am going to try out those blue house skis the MR

Urban: AR5s still in good shape

Pow: Chronic blend. I know not real fatty but good stiff ski.

i dont race its just some little race my hill held and the winner each weekend in march got a pair. they have a rental shop for all the gapers at my hill and those are the "performance" skis even though you are totally right in the fact they are begginner skis. my step dad likes them for some reason so i let him use them.
 
same here.

i busted one of the edges on the old ones so the guy in shop ended up jus rippin the whole edge out, so these are now urban / backyard setup skis 4 me
 
regular skis that were my dads or found in our basement etc. around 10 ish freestyle skis 2 one for good mountain one for rock
