for some reason, i cant figure it out, my new chronics seem to be much wider in the tail than in the tip. i havent done any actual measurements, but with my hands, the tails seem much wider than the tips do.

??
 
just wondering if anyone has had skis that appear this way, or whats up. it kinda seems like an optical illusion, shit idk
 
Maybe you holding them backwards? Or maybe you got them from a sponsored rider, and they got a pair with the graphics on backwards.
 
yeah i got them from kyle decker, they have a factory defect in the quickmount holes, but im not putting reactors on them so it doesnt matter at all. his sponsors say line, buttt idk?
 
so yeah, from the tape measure, the tip is 4 inches, and the tail is bigger in 4.25 inches, a quarter inch bigger, what the fuck.
 
why do you ride your motherships backwards? how does it feel different?

should i ski them or get money back or what?
 
they fuckin kill it switch, but they dont want to carve to well and dont do too well in the pipe. u really have to throw the tails around because they r wider
 
i think im going to send them back to him and get my money back. i can get the same skis for just 259 anyways.

does anyone know kyle decker on here? will he be alright with taking the skis back and transferring my money back (it was paid through paypal)
 
just mount so there like normal skis. like so the graphics are backwards. like the skull will be behind you. graphics dont realy matter but if they realy do to u then paint them. unless u bought them for alot of money then send them back
 
They should be the exact same ski as anything else, except with different graphics, I don't see what the big problem is.

I think kyle might be in the ohio/indiana forum.
 
so i am going to get my money back, simply because i want some normal skis. haha. and another thing in continuation to this thread of mine ( by the way i am a horrible decision maker) - should i get another pair of chronics for 259, or should i go with mojo 80s for a bout 300?
 
def. printed wrong, i had a pair of moship flites like that last fall, Line wants you to send them in, seems chronics, moships, and prophets had some bad prints, mine were cool, but confusing to look at.
 
talk to your rider buddy, I got blemed 1080 from pro and couldn't do shit, the serials weren't right on them, check into it. Line should be cool, I traded my out right in store, you should be able to do that at least, are they new?
 
Take them to store first, see what they can do, a cool shop can handle that for you, i tune skis and we would do it for ya, they can call and tell you right away. Ask Josh Bryant from jibij, he is on here as Josh Bryant i think. Let me know I may be able to help you if you have no luck.
 
yeah i heard line is sick with warranties. do you think if i tell them i got them from a sponsored rider, they would be cool with it?

or what should i say?
 
line's warranty is 50/50 this year, heard a lot of "glue them back together" from shop manager.
 
call up line on the phone, and ask to talk to j levinthal maybe, or just talk to whoever they give you i think they would probably take care of it
 
tell them you just purchased a pair of chronics and you think the graphics are backwards and you can email them a pic if they want, hope they don't ask about the dealer and if they do say they were a gift or something, but i think you'll be fine if you just tell them what's up
 
alright guys - i called LINE and left a message saying i bought them brand new in the plastic and the graphics are backwards, the quickmount has five holes, and there is some minor tip/tail damage on the edges.

what will their response be?
