October Rail Jam and QUICK! Premiere

Hey Guys/Gals,

Ski Roundtop is going to be hosting their 3rd Annual fall rail jam on the weekend of Oct 21/22. They are also going to host a FREE! premiere of the RoundtopRiders new DVD QUICK!

Here are the details:

SATURDAY OCTOBER 21

+ Registration 9AM - Cost is $5 to ride

+ JAM 11A - 4PM

The jam will be a fun session only. Roundtop decided to to have a competition format this year. In return, we have 5 hours to ride, and it only costs us $5. So, there WILL NOT be any judging or any declared winner...

The setup isn't set in stone yet, it's going to depend on how much snow we can get. We are going to try everything possible to get at least 2 features setup for the jam. Check RoundtopRiders.com for more details as it gets closer.

SUNDAY OCTOBER 22

+ 12 Noon - QUICK! Premiere at Ski Roundtop

Ski Roundtop and RoundtopRiders will be hosting a FREE! movie premiere!!

This weekend is also Ski Swap weekend at Ski Roundtop. They will be open Sat/Sun 9A-4P and there will be a bunch of things going on. You can buy/sell your used equipment, or just hang out for the rail jam or check out stuff going on at the mountain. Typically we have about 100-200 skiers and snowboarders come out for the weekend. It's always a fun time. Hope to see you there!

sick, im defintely gonna try and come. the free premier is gonna be the best i think, skiing equally as good though.
 
no prize money this year. its geared this year as more of an event for everyone to just come out and ride and have fun. the entry fee is going back to the park and pipe dept. to cover some more costs that we have (steel prices went up this year, plus i am not using polycarb anymore for our box surfaces)
 
quick premiere on october 22, but it ships september 19? a month later? oh well.

im definately gonna try to come to the rail jam
 
yo cowboy i know your at PSU any possiblity of a Fall rail jam on or around campus. I heard some rumors last year that would be insane.
 
Hey guys!!

Yeah, the problem is... that as PaulieD stated i'm up here at Penn State in State College. So, it makes it difficult for me to have throw a premiere around the harrisburg area near the the release of QUICK! Having a late premiere isnt ideal, but it should still be pretty dope!

About a Penn State Premiere. I'm working with the Penn State Snowboard Club (~ 400 Members) and I'm going to see if we can't get the Ski Club involved, and we want to throw a HUGE premiere up at state.. Hopefully have a big party afterwards and everything. It would be soo legit!

So, look for that towards the end of September or the beginning of October.
