Obamanomics - my critical analysis of obama's stimulus plan (draft, help out if possible)

so I'm not going to try to create any major debate here, I just want to see if anyone has anything that could help me out. This is worth more than my final exam, and I want to get it right. Been working a month or so on it gathering research.
