he didnt get it right because he was getting sworn in by the supreme court judge who didnt say what he was supposed to say right. thats why obama stopped-he knew the guy had messed up and was hoping he was going to correct himself so that he could say his lines

Obama has no experience, Bush kept us safe during the fukin 9/11 shiit... i saw that first hand, and trust me, it was way messed up... Bush was an ok president... sure he made mistakes, but we are all still here right?
