so yeah...a new video came out where al-zawhiri basically calls obama a slave and states he doesnt know what hes getting into. He states more about a holy war and states that as long as the U.S. keeps oppressing the muslims they will continue to resist.

now IMO these (see crazy, killer terrorists) people can NOT be rationed with, and they deserve a bullet into their head. its the lowest of the low who do what they do. all IMO of course.
 
Ya, terrorists suck but a lot of the people we consider terrorists aren't terrorists. Al Qaeda and that crew though....they deserve a bullet to the dome piece. For the most part they can't be rationed with.

But remember there are a lot of other things to conquer than just terrorism.

Why are appointees from the clinton administration bad??? Clinton got the unempolyment rate almost to an all time low. The only reason people like you hate him is because he wanted a little dome. Nothin wrong with that.

Clinton had almost nothing to do with the boom under his administration. The unemployment rate was brought down to an unrealistically low level by an economic boom (not caused by Clinton), which is always unsustainable. Ever heard of the natural rate of unemployment? Look it up and educate yourself before you make such dumb comments. Also, Clinton was kept in check almost the whole time by the Republican congress. Whose running the Congress at the moment? I'll bet more ignorant rednecks could get this answer right then your typical Obama supporters.

I never said I hated Clinton either. I just think it clearly shows that Obama really has no idea what he is doing. He's just developing his own twist on Clinton: Episode 2, which seems to deviate quite a bit from all the bullshit he spewed during the primaries about "change we can believe in", which led everyone to believe he was a "different" kind of politician from Hillary.
 
Thats fucking retarted. Saying clinton had nothing to do with the unemployment rate is like saying bush had no influence over our current economic state. Bush's huge CRA push was the catalyst for this whole fucking thing. Read a fucking book.

While I would prefer Bill Richardson by about a thousand figurative miles, Hillary Clinton is capable enough to be a reasonable secdef appointee, and if he doesn't select her at this point it will be a fairly scandalous political issue. You probably know this, and are currently making excuses to hate on Obama, which you have been looking for since it became likely that he would win the election. If you can't even wait for him to take office before trying to tear him down, you're a much, much bigger hack than he is.
 
Those are the only two people that i have ever heard say that fdr was a bad president. Im an economics and political science major and every single person ive ever talked to, except for you, has said that fdr is one of the greatest presidents of all time. Pick up a book, and find out what the Second New Deal was. Not the first one.
 
FDR caused a recession to turn into The Great Depression. Read the book "Americas Great Depression" by Murray Rothbard, one of America's premire economists.

High school/college kids who think they know it all don't really read books, they just read the news and assume they know.

Bush=Hoover in so many ways even with this recent bailout. The Hoover administration had its own version of the TARP (troubled assests relief program) and again like Bush used other Keyensian methods to attempt to fix a recession.

Obama will equal FDR and his socially progressive (socialist if I may) policies will cause another depression in this country.

Economists agree without much disent that FDR and his New Deal did not fix the Great Depression, it did quite the opposite.
 
He was elected to his first two terms because the nation was in a state of panic and he was a charismatic leader who promised (lied) many great things during his campaigns.

As Goerge W Bush claimed in 2004 (falsely) "You don't change horses in mid stream"
 
Thats friggin hilarious. There are alot of people who shouldn't vote, but it's their every right as an American to do so. I think thats probably the largest problem with the media is that people are constantly told that they need to vote but they don't go out and do any research on the issues they just feel like they have a burden to vote or Diddy's gonna kill them. On the ballot if I don't know anything about somebody running for whatever office or some measure I don't vote on it.

Are you some kind of idiot? FDR is only on a few dimes because he was the wartime president during the second world war. The coin was first minted in 1946 to commemorate his service during the war. Nothing to do whatsoever with the failure that was the new deal. FDR has only Hitler to thank for not being remembered as one of the worst presidents in our history, since he did a decent job during the war.

I apologize, by your low post count I assumed you were another middle school moron (maybe you are, but I'll give you the benefit of the doubt) that have been more prevalent on NS lately, it was hard to tell whether you were being sarcastic. That being said, I've never seen an FDR dime in my life, maybe they've got more in your area. I fail to see how not having ever seen a certain coin has a bearing on my intelligence.

But please, instead of just making a completely worthless post about how I'm wrong, how about you back it up. Explain to me how the New Deal solved the depression, and how it did not make it worse. I'm open to whatever bullshit you can dig up on google, as long as its not a blog. Otherwise I suggest you stop asking me rhetorical questions like "have you got money in your bank account" which I'm guessing is setting you up to mentioning the FDIC (which only works for more localized bank failures).

And don't talk shit about me being a minority just because I'm Chilean, thats highly offensive

It probably wouldn't be much better at all honestly. McCain probably would've passed out already like that dude who Obama picked for attorney general or whatever it was. I'll try and stay positive and hope for the best, while preparing for the worst or however that saying goes.
