i would guess barack. however you have to also take into account the huge difference in number of non black women, vs black women. last time i checked blacks were what? something like 11-13% of the population. even if half of those were women, still miniscule compared to the number of white, or even just non-black women.

yes i mean i truly think that if our kids dont try and dropout our nation will be better, more people to make delicious mcdonalds burgers. and if kids get their hopes up from our president telling them to stay in school they will just become burned out and scornful. Obama should just resign and let a republican take office, then the republican can use all the kids who dropped out to form an army and invade a country for no reason and put the U.S. in a huge debt, and then purposefully lose the next election so everyone blames the next democratic president for it. To be fair Reagan gave a speech directed at students in 1988 about staying in school and not taking drugs. And I believe H.W. might have done the same in like '91. Its all rather nonsensical though.

When the youth gets the chance to watch a video in class instead of doing work, then they will un-objectivley comply in watching it. I am a conservative who doesn't like Obama but I support him on this issue.
Obama is black, young, and EXTREMELY popular. Especially in predominatly poor, black/hispanic urban, inner-city areas where education is failing. He is the perfect role model for these types of students. Who the hell cares if his speech is political or left-leaning. I expect it to be. But regardless, his speech is going to be beneficial to America. When these kids hear him asking them to perform better in school, a certain amount of them will listen and act accordingly.

Actually no it's not about change and power. Obama is all about helping out the the lower class and jobless. He's giving out free health care or at least trying to but... a lot of the people who needed are unsuccessful and lazy. And he's doing it at the expense of the successful.
