Oakley outerwear is the best i have the corked suit and love it. its pretty warm and is really waterproof. Check out my threads if your looking to buy.. its for sale
I have to corked jacket and pants. The jacket is awesome! Really warm and a lot of little things that are nice to have like the built in face mask. The pants are pretty good to. They always kept me warm and kept the water out. As for durability though the material is VERY thin. I had skied then twice before I had a hole in them, and i didn't even hit a rail or such. Ended up getting them warrantied and bought a new pair. Those also ripped easy. Have a inch and a half rip on my thigh from my pole. Not nearly as durable as the nike ones i had before them. That's what i have experienced from having them.
I've skied Oakley for the last three seasons and i love it. its not super expensive but the waterproofing can be hit or miss and the durability isnt super but hey, you get what you pay for its not like youre spending $900 on each piece.
I used to wear nothin but Oakley outer....I still have a jacket and pants that are six yrs old and not a scratch on either....last year I decided to go the 6.0 route....big friggin mistake....first day out....first hit...iron cross put a gash in the 6.0 budmo pants about 4" long....a few days later I took a spill on a freshly groomed park and literally put cordorouy burns in the jacket....next year I'll be back to Oakley no doubt!
