Title says All, I need help deciding what lens to get with my splices. I can either get pink iridium or hi yellow and probably pick up a darker lens for sunny days.I ski mostly low light conditions but I have the occasional sunny day at Crystal Mt. Washington

hi yellow will be better for night time conditions. pink iridium is solid in cloudy days, night time, and snowy conditions. overall, pink irid will be more universal and can be used in more lighting conditions

Pink is more of an all color lense, I use them for cloudy days on my APX's, the yellow is a low light lense that is suited for night skiing or something like dusk. Generally if you are only skiing night conditions I would get a yellow lense and a dark grey/black lense, or if low light is cloudy for you, the pink and black is a good combo

Keep in mind that Oakley changed the Pink Iridium and it is now significantly darker. If you're picking up a sunny day lens and a low light lens, I would choose the HI Yellow for the low light

If you can find it, yeah. The newer pink iridium is still the lightest of all the iridium lenses, and it would work well in sunny to overcast conditions, but I would think you might have a hard time with it in extreme low light or those days that it's dumping snow.

if your going to get a second darker lense, then the hi yellow is an awesome low light lense. I ski whistler and use the hi yellow like 75% of the time. I also have a dark grey, but thats only good for the very bright bluebird days.

The pink is a more all condition lense, not as good as the yellow in flat light, but if the sun pops out the pink works well whereas the yellow is very bright.

If you are getting a lense for bright days as well then get the hi yellow. Hi yellow is amazing on overcast days but can be blinding on sunny days. The pink would be better for wearing in all conditions but will not perform as well in fog or flat light.

I think ill get a pair of splices with hi yellow and a black iridium lens.

Thanks for all the help +k for all
