Yeah I'm gonna cut up Oakley for a sec cause im disappointed in their customer service. I was lucky enough to get an O-form thru work and ordered some shit in August. One item was stick shoes. I received all my stuff pretty quickly, but the shoes did not come with the main package. I have been calling since August and still have yet to recieve the shoes. 2 months and no shoes still? Seems pretty gay to me... I am defaintly not ordering any more shit from them online because they are not reliable, and dont seem to have a never good grasp on their products. One time the guy told me my shoes were on a boat in Vancouver... seems odd, oh well go fuck yourself oakley

Oakley do have problems with their o-form, at least in canada. I had one for my room mate once, and he ordered shits. So he called up, and they told him half of it was back ordered. so he choosed other stuff. The guy said 2 weeks it should be at his place. 2 weeks later, he calls back, happen that all the stuff he ordered was now back order, and he couldnt just wait till it gets available, its either your order, or you lose the o-form. so he ordered some stuff, which got to his place 3 weeks later, which was 2 months later he faxed the o-form. the o-form guy seems like he doesnt really know what he's doing apparently...

yeah pocket rocket i klnow what your talking about, they have this one guy who deals with o from, his name is jean and he is a real dumbass... i will ask him shit and he will be lik e, okay hold on a sec, and i can hear him breathing and not saying anything for about 5 minutes while he goes in his comp, and then he says, yeah i dont know where your shoes are... fucking moron... the thing is for the dumbasses who said you are lucky for getting a form, is i deserve one, i push oakley shit at my store all the time, itd about time they gave something back to me

besides my lenses, i have had noooo problems with my oakley stuff. i love my coats, jeans, hoodies, etc... But i have a pair of teaspoon glasses that the lenses always pops out for no reason and the goggle lenses always tend to fog up and get weird blotches on the inside. but other than that, i love my stuff from them.

Proform stuff aways gets backordered because they'd rather sell stuff at full price so that's where stuff goes first. Just be greatful that you have access to proforms and quit bitching.

just because he pushes one company more then another doesnt mean that deserves his shit to come at quicker. actually if he does that it sounds like he's a shitty saleman, the reps wont be happy when they find out that the company that he works for is selling twice as many goggles from one company then another.if it comes down to it the company is more loyal to there reps that they buy from then any sales person. i think the guy shouldn't be complaining because if he bitches out the rep then he could loose his job or any other possible deals he could get

Does that seem like appreciation to you? In any case, I got my shoes the other day finally, and the long wait definatly changed my opinion on Oakley.
