ya im thinking about buying a pair of a-frames or wisdoms soon, i was wondering what lenses is the best for all around visibility. i heard persimmon is good for night, and fire(obviously) is good for sunlight. but persimmon is bad in sun and fire is bad at night...what lens works good all around so that i dont have to buy 2 lenses?

for all around good shit. go with a solid persimmon but if u usally ski more day. go with black iridium or VR-28. for more dry sky low light, high intens. blue(it looks yellowish) or a pink lens.

This should be all you need to know. (Pink Iridium is new and not there, but I believe it is around 20%-30%)

got a similar question, what lens is best for low light/no contrast? hate those days when your in the middle of a bowl full of moguls with no trees for contrast.
