Oakley lenses helppp!

k so my lenses on my crowbars are permenatly fogged up.. like i cant get them back to normal. has anyone else expierienced this before and is there a way to fix them?

someone said put em in the fridge or something

put them in a bowl of rice and leave them for a week or so. water should go away i think.
