Oakley Lens Warranty?

So, went off a jump, botched my landing, and ended up sliding for a few feet on my face. My nose is scratched, and the inside pane of my crobar's lens in cracked in two places. I've only had them for a few months, so they should be under warranty.

I called oakley, and they tried to charge me $30 for repairs on the entire goggle, or $70 for a new lens. I said I'd call back.

How do I go about getting a new lens sent to me? (for free. duh.)

 
warrenty is for manufacture deffects only. you landed on your face and broke your goggles and that was your falt not theres
 
yeah but there not going to give it to you because it obviously wasent a manufacture's deffect

What if my lens cracked and I never landed on them or stored them improperly? Do they have warranty on their lenses?
