hey so i was wondering what lens tints are best for what conditions for crowbars...some of the lens tints i was looking at was emerald iridium, dark grey, fire iridium, and HI yellow. i was also wondering if i should just go with one of these lenses or also buy some clear lenses for night skiing. what would you guys do, and how do each of these lenses fair in each light conditions? and are the lenses easy to replace or interchange? +k for help, thanks.

One lens setup: Pink Iridium

Two lens setup: HI Yellow or HI Persimmon, Black Iridium

Three lens setup: HI Yellow, Pink Iridium, Dark Grey

That's what I would do.

Oh and changing the lens is rather easy. The goggles should come with instructions, but basically you work your way around the lens pulling the frame off. You might want to carry a lens cleaning cloth with you, at least my lenses end up with many fingerprints when I change them.

If you're going for a one lens setup I can highly recommend the HI Amber Polarized. Hands down the best lens in low light / cloudy / misty conditions, and still does an amazing job when the sun is shining. It is however the most expensive lens they sell, but if you take the plunge you wont regret it, I sure don't..

okay cool thanks guys 10/10s. i looked on that site, and the emerald iridium (i love the color) didnt show up on there, it just came up with a question mark when you clicked it for goggles, but how would that one do for bright days compared to the others, or how would it fair in most conditions? and what would you suggest getting as a complement to that lens if i did get it?

bump cuz i am still wondering about those certain lenses...might sound gay but i want some lenses that match my goggles if possible, if not functional then i wont. but i still want to know about those tints por favor...+K to answers...

Dark grey is really dark. Very good for sunny days but you can't see shit when it's cloudy or dark. Awesome looking lens too. HI Yellow is a good choice for night skiing and very overcast days or when it's snowing. Superb contrast, but it will burn your eyes when it's sunny. These are both single purpose lenses, not really versatile.

I don't have experience about the other two.

Grey polarized isn't that dark, black iridium is darker, but still keep a lens like a pink iirid incase it gets real dark

You must have some crazy night vision then, because those are very dark and damn near impossible to use when night skiing.

who said he was night skiing? anyway i got the emerald this off season, seems like it would be a good all around lens as well.

Well the OP was looking for a lens for night skiing too, so the advice makes no sense if he didn't even do any night skiing.

ok so i got crowbars and they have a the fire iridiumi have night skiing at my mountain, what would you reccomend for a lense? either high permission yellow or pink iridium?

fire iridium blows it for night, same with grey iridium, this year I'm gonna probs use a warm grey (o frame) or a high intense permission for night/overcast days, and dark grey for day riding
