you're gonna have a pretty tough time selling that stuff on here at those prices, considering what a weak-ass piece of currency the dollar is right now.
 
Since the prices are in English pounds, I'd have to guess England or Scotland. But thats just a guess.
 
nothing there is more than it cost new....try xe.com for currency conversion. its around $40 or less to ship to usa.
 
will sort out pics in a bit, digicam has gone crazy(black spot of doom in every photo!) but if you google the different model names you will get an idea...cheers
 
having said that i have just realised that the 'monitor' jacket is actually a 'module' jacket....everything else is correct though!
