OAKLEY COPY CATS!!!

i hate it when other companies copy shit that they know works, it's a smart move but gay none the less... maybe they should work on making other tight denigns to compete with these instead of copying the shit out of them
 
well like someone said they could have just bought a licence from Oakley, or they could have just gotten Oakley to make their goggle line. Sort of how Fox sunglasses are just oakley at heart. I know that the two brands are pretty cozy as most oakley atheletes rock the giro helmets ( dumont, JP, etc). In my mind it could be just a rebranding.......like the strap designs look alot like Oakleys, the frame is nearly identical, but the lense is actually pretty different.

seriously, for the most part everything that is new and exciting in the ski industry has been done before. here's some examples:

twin tips - appeared first in the 1970's

rocker - early 2000's by volant

outrigger on goggles - smith triad

neon - do i need to go there?

no poles - skiboarders

so don't give shit to companies saying that they're copying other because that's all the industry is about.

 
these companies need to get there own style and im guessing that they have copyright laws on all those so i dont know how they can do this
 
there not exactly the same... you probably cant take out the outriggers plus the giros have a more rough and pointy look
