Oakley Anorak Length...not long.

So i got my XXL turquoise Fari Jacket today from Oakley thinking it would be massive since its "extra length" . sadly i opened the package and found an average sized coat which at my height (6' 0") wasn't tall at all, so i got my tapemeasure out and saw it was only 35" zipper length. Is it just my freak one in a million shrunk coat or are oakley anorak length coats all this small?
 
yea 35 if its a hoodie but the zipper comes up all the way to the chin, so its pretty short, as short as my old XL quicksilver jacket.
 
Dang bro. I am 5'10" and I think a 32"-33" zipper is a baggy/long fit. I would partially agree though if I were you I might have thought that a XXL long fit jacket would fit longer than almost any XXL. But hey, I bet there are tons of NSers that will buy it from you :) But on a more fun note, pics? I think the Fari in turquiose looks sweet - interested to see it on someone other than a photo model in a studio.

35 inches for an xxl long cut jacket is pretty small. Orage's xxl long cut is 37, saga xl is like 38.5, first drop xl is 37 too i think. I am 5-9 and I have a 37 inch hoodie that goes a little over my knees.
 
I'm 5'3" and I've got a 37 inch hoodie that goes up right at the top of my knees while I'm skiing and to the middle when i'm not...

Coat is size large, I'm 5"10, goes down like and inch below my fingers when I reach right down, it's a pretty big large, The zipper is 32 or 33 inches I think, more pics in my profile

6 foot tall, 35 inch zipper, fari jacket XXLShitty picture with blackberry, if i put my fingers out they touch the bottom of the coat, the sleeves are longer than the coat.
 
and my Anorak from 2 years ago was a large and probably fit roughly your size like your fari xxl in length...Im 5'7 and it would tap my knees. dig up a picture of an old anorak jacket and send em...doesnt hurt to try!
 
I have an anorak fit in last year's line and I can assure you that it's huge! I am 5'9'' and I have an XL and it's crazy big. You should write to oakley about it, just to see if they shortened them up this year, because yours looks small for sure.
 
My sleeves go down about an inch or two above the bottom. That sucks man, maybe see if you can get a refund on it, just curious, how much did you pay? I got mine for 300 Canadian at my local shop, I thought it was supposed to be way more.
 
ya im in canada too but i got it from my friend who works for oakley so i payed alot less, so i cant really complain haha. but yea ive seen the anorak from last year and ive tried it on and it was alot taller.

No man, I just got a large theres pics in my profile. The zipper length is 32 or 33 inches, I'm 5"10 an it goes like mid to low thigh.
 
yes 35 zipper is not tall, wtf oakley! haha. maybe if it was 35 from the shoulder, even then its not that tall
 
all of you guys are dumb (well, some of you)

a 35 inch sweatshirt is COMPLETELY different than a 35 inch jacket.

a sweatshirt zipper goes to the bottom of your neck, a jacket zipper goes up to your chin, an extra 3 inches.

therefore, a simple math proof:

32 inch (zipper length) sweatshirt = 35 inch (zipper length) jacket
 
i have an XL anorak from a few years ago and im 6'1" and its almost at knees for me. ots definitly big
 
i got an XXL fari jacket too and it is 35 inches as well so i guess they just made them shorter this year...
 
weakkkk, i got too stoked when i saw sammy and tanner rocking massive ones, they must have had a XXL but they are tiny so it looks huge on them..
 
my large loubet from last year (the one jossi wore) is super tall, i'm 5' 10" and it fits me pretty big, not ridiculous or anything but pretty baggy. Seems like they shortened them up?
