Oakley Airbrake xl

Thinking about buying some of these because I know the prizm lenses are amazing. Just wondering how they fit on any of your heads who own them. I bought spy Marshall’s recently and felt like they were too small if that gives a good reference on how big my head is.

Any thoughts or experiences you could share will be appreciated!

Like these? Those are actually what I was thinking I would get! How does the pink do during overcast and at night?

not the white matt frame, white oakleys tend to look horrible, like... really horrible

I have jet black frame with some dark green details, lenzes are black iridum and prizm hi pink.

I seem to only get fog, night, indoor, more fog, some night, ... more fog.. so I have yet to get enough light for the black iridum lens! 100% of the time I use the prizm hi pink, good for poor light conditions.

Okay good to know! Yeah I’ve been rocking black crowbars with yellow lenses for like 8 years so I figured I’d try switching it up with the white!

The Pink is easily the best Prizm lens. I have the Jade Prizm one, the pink one, the black one and the rose one and pink is by far the best. Insane visibility in overcast conditions

Thanks for the info! Yeah It’s pretty much between the ones that come with rose or pink for me, but I think I would like pink better.

ive been going crazy Canadian style the past few years just going no goggles because I can’t see shit on cloudy days. It is time that comes to an end haha

I did a frontflip off a cliff, then I went and bought the hi prizm pink thingy, it helps.

Any of you guys ever have problems with the lense popping out when you didn’t want them to? Seen a few people complain about that in some random reviews

Yeah when I crash hard into trees or faceplant from table at apres ski.

They dont always come off easy when I want to change them, but easier than my other oakleys which for some reason I cannot remember the name off right now... "frameless" thingys

Mmm yeah I wouldn’t really be a fan of that happening, seems like a quick way to ruin the inside of the lens.

lowkey thinking about just buying 2 pairs of flight decks if those are what you’re talking about.

Boys I think I’m going to have to go flight deck with hi pink. Just see too many people saying the lens change system is flawed on the Xl’s. Seems like a lot of people complaining about fog on the flights though.

Can’t go wrong brother, I have a Line Miner with HI Pink and they’re the only goggles I wear. If it gets really bright out (rare on the East Coast anyway) I just wear sunglasses. But HI Pink is definitely the most versatile lens in the Prizm collection, and the Flight Deck is a solid goggle too

Yeah man I’m the type to just rock some shades on a sunny day as well. It’s unfortunate because I like the look of the airbrakes a lot more but functionality definitely comes first.
