Hey i was thinking of picking up a pair of Oakley 2x4 Pants and i was wondering if anyone had them and if they liked them or not? Any input would be nice

actually the 2x4 pants are great but you cant ski with them at -40..they are not very hot pants...

well i dont think ill be riding at -40 maybe -10 at the lowest and i can wear a few layers if its that cold, so you think that they are a good idea?

yeah that is true considering we got like 6' snow here this year and it was abou 70 degrees all january, but i just want to make sure theyre good so when i go to vermont and out west they will keep me nice and toasty

i know i just want to make sure that they are waterproof enough cause i have no idea about the waterproof rating system, they are 2,000 mm but i have no idea what that means

I got the 2*4 pants and they are pretty good. They are really wide legged which is good. They also got a extra pad on the inside of the leg to stop your ski from cutting it up. The zippers and buttons on the side get annoying if you can find another oakley pant that doesn't have that shit on it, that would be even more dope than the 2*4. All oakley clothes are awesome, and I have skiied with the 2*4 pant in -40 and it kept me plenty warm, its to warm for any spring skiing almost. There really good.

 
I got the large, and they are huge, I am 6 foot 1 and 180 pounds, I still need a belt to keep them up, best bet is to try on a few pairs and se what you like.

 
I'm 5'10'' 130 pounds would you recommend going with the medium???? thats what i'm thinking.

hey parker im the exact same size as you and i have the lab pants size large but they are really baggy...they fit over the boot really well tho and look cool so whatever u want..the mediums should work too

just to let ya know you dont wanna have to send them back...i did and they said it takes a month to process it into the computers and then another month to send them out again

 
do you mean like if they rip and you send them back for warentee or if you just send them back for refund unused?
