Dad says Sam wasn't to contact me at all, and the reason the tracking # didn't work is Sam sent a bogus one to me... why, I have no idea?!? Not that bright maybe... Dad says to wait it out and I'll get my money, but till then I'm going to pursue it with PP

the dad may be legitimately sending you the money, but his voicemail sure was douchey. he should be able to recognize that you're not the one causing problems here, and really, how could he blame you for not trusting their word at this point?

as for why they are paying you through a money order rather than reversing the paypal claim, i would assume that's because they don't want the whole ordeal being blamed on them in the paypal system. of course it should be as it's their responsibility, but yeah..

i think you're probably right to pursue it through paypal at this point. keep us updated though lol

His tone when we did speak was super douche and had that vibe of "the costumer is always right / do you know who I am" that you get from some people working retail... constantly putting down my word and stating that I'm making it a bigger deal than it needs to be...

PP makes no sense to me, as they made the claim so if they closed the claim there would be negative flak on their end, or maybe it's due to Jeffery mentioning when his wife called them they were of no help to explain the situation, so they just don't trust paypal?

Okay guyz I got an update-ah-rooski for yah, I got a letter in the mail today... It's from Sam and looks like the handwriting of a 13 year old or someone with dysgraphia (not hating just stating), but.... I haven't opened it up yet, since I rather cash it at USPS where it was originally made from... figure I'll record the ordeal from opening to cashing etc when I got monday to mail some shades to peeps... So if it ends up being bunk I'll have the whole ordeal on camera, if its the real deal thats dope...

So yeah boyz it may be resolved but it may just be another lead on. Sam how stupid/lame you gotta be to give me a tracking # for another item, like come on kiddo that just makes you even more scummy - regardless if this m/o is indeed legit, you gotta own your fuckups...
 
just read through this thread, honestly its sad to see what sam is doing to himself. everyone on this site now knows who he is and he'll get shit for months to come. but once again he did it to himself.

Well the money order came threw so this resolved... but I have no idea how to close the PP case since I didn't open it, so we'll see how that pans out.

As far as I'm concern this whole ordeal is over as the money order was verified and cashed with no hiccups...​

However the shit I went through to get to this point, is going to have me leave this thread as-is w/o editing it - someone can read up until this point to realize what kind of person nxtyrsfulltilts is... had I not "wasted" and "bothered" his father I'd probably still be out $65 bucks. I appreciate all the help from members in what my course of action should be.
