Custom jackets take appx 2-3 weeks to run through our manufacturing process, we then ship to you on the shipping preference you selected. Europe about 6-12 days.

You should never run a waterproof jacket though the wash as it breaks down fabric fibers, and decreases the overall life-span of the jacket.

We recommend hand washing NWT3K custom jackets.

INB4 two people make same EXACT jacket with color scheme, zipper design, everything then see each other on the hill.
