Nubs Nob has best terrain park in north america

The results from the Ski Magazine 2007 Reader Resort Survey are hot off the press with our terrain park ranked as the best in North America and our slope grooming ranked #4 overall. Both of these rankings were awarded by comparing all the ski resorts in the US and Canada. Nub's Nob continues to be the only midwestern ski area ever ranked in any of the categories. THANK YOU!

what the fuck? was the survey done by people who just ski nubs? the superpipe in pretty nice but i'd struggle to put it into top 5 parks in MI.
 
thats the worst survey ever... besides nub's super pipe, that place is horrible. their terrain park blows ass, like 3 25 foot tables
 
uh, actually, Marquet and snowtrails both ranked super high for midwest terrain parks. nubs nob? never heard to much bout it.
 
THIS REALLY ERKS the SHIT out of me.

WHO SAYS the have the best park, or better YET who is the QUALIFIED expert making that analogy.

I am POSITIVE that no writer for any magazine, other than Greg Tuffelmire (POWDER) even came to MARQUETTE last year.

I am sure that NUBS just PAID a certain amount to get it written like that in the mags,

I AM NOT SAYING THAT MARQUETTE HAS THE BEST PARK, though I do enjoy all our options, but I can name a few more park way better that NUBS, namely, MARQUETTE, SNOWTRAILS, SPIRIT, and CASCADE.

NUBS has a very good PIPE, but a pipe is only a 3rd of what it takes to have a well rounded park.
 
i was based on a readers poll. The readers of Ski Magazine no so little. If this was from a magazine like freeskier or powder than it might have a little cred, The readers of Ski Magazine are green run ridin mo-fos, just look at the advertisments BMW , Tag Huer, Rolex, they have articles about housing markets and sh*t like that. If they asked the readers who has the best martinis they might be of value but terrain parks NO WAY. Nubs isnt even the best in lower michigan I would say 3rd maybe 4th.

nah man it was in print i read it. you have to consider the source though and then take into account how much money nubs throws their way every winter to get every mom and pop family up there to ride. if you read ski magazine for information pertaining to what we do, wait in the parking lot whereever you're at and please get hit by a car.
