Nub Nob Superpipe

Everyone should check out Nubs Nob’s superpipe this year. This summer they spent over $150,000 on it. For you who ride at Nubs Nob it’s placed right behind the park lift. They made it so it will have the same pitch as Breck and coppers pipe. It has its own dome light, snow guns and tow rope. You should all check it out over Christmas break. Its going to be hot. I hope!!

 
and eric kovtun alone is the cherry on top of the hot fudge sundae that is and will be the nubs nobs super pipe. ;) holler eric. so pipe or no pipe, lets go ride with kovtun. skimp for life.

nubs is only a 3 1/2 hour drive for me, i plan on being there quite often this season.

when you think the superpipe will be up??

^it's probably a handle tow, if so thats sweet, it saves the gloves. i think im buyin a season pass to nubs, the 3 hour drive is well worth that pipe.

I didnt think you could use a boyne pass at nubs.. thats news to me. I was up at boyne the other day, conditioins sucked but got some runs in so I was happy.

Boyne owns boyne mtn, and boyne highlands, NOT nubs nob. Your ticket WILL NOT work at both places. But boyne sucks ass, so why would you go there anyway?

well, if all of michigan is gonna copy this pass, which i havnt even decided on buying yet, maybe we should all pitch in on it. still doesnt sound like too good of an idea though, since the nubs owner would probably castrate us all if we got cought.

Nubs fuckin rules. But Tahoe is way better. Whats up ua'll back at home. Can't wait to see everyone at christmas. its gonna be the shit. And yeah i am pretty sure the pipe at nubs isnt gonna work out too well. it's too big and they prolly dont have the equipment to maintain it like a whinch cat and shit. So we'll see how that turns out. Peace.

nubs is sketch with authority. me and teddy got caught after 1 run with no lift tickets, they were going to call the police, until i had to pay for 2 tickets for each of us, costing over 130 bucks. they dont take much lightly.

no it's not the only pipe dragon in michigan, it's the only SUPER-pipe dragon in michigan

sorry henry but its not the super-pipedragon, its a pipe magician. cuts a super pipe but its not as nice as a super dragon. you are right it is the first in mi that can cut a super pipe

 
^^ hell yeah nubs is open i was up there three days ago but the pipe isent even close to being done yet they still need to do a lot of work b4 that bitch will be up. it is going to be soooo sick tho when it is done.

 
I was there yesterday 12-22, and they have a ways to go. Although, I really couldnt tell how much more snow they needed. They do have 12 guns dedicated to the pipe though, so it will probably be ready sooner than anyone thinks. Nubs had some crazy amount of guns, like 215 or soemthing, its insane. Marquette has like 30 hahahhaha. We got a lot of natty snow while i was there, good pow in the glade runs. Check the website every couple days or so about the pipe, it should be up within a week or two.

The pipe is big and g-g-g-gnarly! a bit narrow but hey, we're talking a lighted superpipe in michigan, so I'm not complaining. It was mad icy a few weeks ago but in spring, that tube will be straight illin!

it's narrow so they can keep grooming it all season long, come spring time it will be alot wider
