i was going to go into culinary arts as my profession and took an advanced class at our career tech center, but i decided against it.

Not sure this counts as "cooking" but I just made a smoothie for breakfast with coconut milk, vanilla yogurt, chia seeds, kale, frozen blueberries, acai powder, wheatgrass, a half scoop of protein powder, and a little honey. Not as tasty as my usual Lucky Charms but probably a bit healthier. Sigh, why is everything delicious bad for you? Unfair.

recently ive been putting pesto on everything that i can.

sandwitches (bomb ingredient for turkey or peperroni/salami)

pizzas

pastas

bread

pretty much pesto is so god damn good

does anyone have an idea of what i should make for dinner?

i have chicken breast and i don't want to make what i normally make (chicken and rice or chicken parm)

So im gonna be makin some buffalo wings on sunday and i want to make them better than just those ones you buy from the store and put in the oven or microwave, do you have any tricks or sauces you use?

i have a delicious sauce, but im not to sure if i want to share it.

to put it this way, it has won contests.

Congradulations. Now go to a thrift store and get a Snackmaster sandwich maker on the cheap. YOUR LIFE WILL BE CHANGED FOREVER. It's basically like a george forman and a panini maker had sex and had affordable offspring.
