Speaking of breakfast....
I guarantee no one wants what I'm eating for b-fast this morning!!!
Vegan chia seed pudding yayyyy!

Just whipped up those eggs, so good and so easy. Only thing I would def make sure is to get the eggs in before it gets super hot. I didn't and since I hadn't added butter yet they stuck a little bit to the pan. Still turned out so nice and creamy. Definitely whipping that up with the tomatoes and mushrooms for the next girl I bring home.

Yeah sometimes i just pour milk all over my cat's food too! so fucking good.

Making grilled chicken avocado sandwich tonight, will follow with pics

It's vegan... there's no milk : )
and Nick.... yes this is much less appetizing than your post.... in fact, it's almost scary-looking, but that is the sole reason why I posted it in here : ) This is one of those things you only eat because it's insanely good for you and not because it looks/tastes insanely good.

that cheese isn't melted. if you gave that to my aunt she'd hand it back to you and tell you to melt it. that's what she did at mcdonalds for a cheeseburger, haha!

I am making sweet potato and black bean enchiladas with green chile sauce for dinner and am extremely excited about it.

I know a good way to make broccoli taste good!

first get some minced meat and finely chop an onion. put the fine chopped onion in the minced meat put some garlic powder or a fresh clove of garlic, some salt, pepper and paprika powder. taste it if you think it tastes good then leave it like that if it has a lack of taste give it some more.

now make some small meatballs out of it.

heat some water with stock powder something between 5/10 liter. put the meat balls in there and put it on medium heat.

peel some potatoes and cut them in slices, if the meatballs are ready get them out of the stock and put the potatoes in the same stock. now you get the broccoli and cut little broccoli florets wash them in some lukewarm water.

check if the potatoes are ready and get them out if they are.

put the broccoli in the same stock.

get a casserole dish and butter up that thing, cream butter, margarine, what ever something like that. then put the potato slices on the bottom and the sides. check the broccoli and get it out if its done. DONT TROW AWAY THE STOCK YOU STILL NEED IT!

put some broccoli on the dish and put the meatballs on there put some potatoes on the meatballs and broccoli and put some more broccoli above that. you can put more potatoes on if you want but the best part comes now put shredded cheese on top and put allot on there.

heat the oven to 180 /200 degrees Celsius.

now for the sauce.

you gonna put some margarine in a saucepan and let it melt, then put some flour in the pan. the best is 60 margarine and 50 flour. then stir that shit and put curry powder on make it nice and curry looking. keep the heat low. now get about a liter of the stock and slowly!!! VERY SLOWLY!!! put a tiny bit of the stock in there, stir it and again put some in it and stir again repeat until you get a smooth mass. then put the heat a tiny bit higher and keep slowly adding the stock. until is like a sauce substance dont make it so waterish. now add the sauce to the dish. and some more shredded cheese on there. put the dish in the oven and keep watching it until the cheese looks gold/ brown you want it more a bit light brown. get it out when finished and enjoy your tasty broccoli meal.

New awesome breakfast: avocado scrambled eggs

I tried this one cause I've been honing in on GRamseys perfect scrambled eggs, though I cheated.

Mash up 1/4 of a pretty ripe avocado in a bowl. Crack in two eggs and whip em up with the avocado.

Add some shredded cheese and some chopped scallions/chives.

Cook em up like GRams and go for the custard/curds. and have it with some toast.

Sooo damn good, especially if you're like me and haven't switched up the scrambled eggs in a while. (I usually do just cheese, or lately I've fried up some sausage with some chopped red onion and red pepper.)

made a variation, OMGSOGOODi just didn't stir up the eggs and wrapped dumplings in it and ate it like that

Fireball Chicken 455681.jpeg

done on a Foreman grill, would be a lot better on an actual grill

in the bag - Fireball whiskey, dark brown sugar, worcestershire, olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt and pepper, cayenne

455682.jpeg

not really an exact recipe, play around with the amount of brown sugar and seasonings - about 2 shots of whiskey, 1/4 cup dark brown sugar, couple splashes of worcestershire and olive oil, maybe a half teaspoon of paprika and garlic powder, less cayenne and then however much salt and pepper you preferi let it marinate for 45 minutes. would also be good to put everything in a sauce pan and let it simmer while you grill the chicken and then brush on like a bbq

ive got a chicken in the oven @350, and its been about 45 min (1.5 kg). i know the breasts are done, but the internal temp (not the cavity) is still 140 and the juices are still bloody. wtf? i didn't baste it, maybe that was the problem?

when i make those eggs i normally use olive oil instead of butter, but today i made them with avocado oil instead, and drizzled some on my toast as well before putting the eggs on. It was so good. I'd never used the stuff before, but its delicious and its really good for you, probably even better than olive oil. And i dont know if you guys use it or not, but if you use creme fraiche like he does in the video, it tops them off so nicely, and gives them a really creamy consitency. And if you cant find it in a store, its really easy to make.

well Easter and good home made foods. breakfast brad mmmmmm..

today i cooked groundbeef, then added it to rice, then i poured ketchup on top.

it was as the french say, "gourmet"

Just made this for dinner, simple yet awesome. Grilled ny strip loin topped with fried quail eggs, with roasted red potatoes and steamed peas/carrots. It was my first time using quail eggs, so i did kind of fuck up two of them and broke the yolks when i put them in the pan, since theyre so little and the shells are so awkward to crack. Ideally you want them all like the first one so the yolk is really runny and pours out all over the steak when you cut into it.

It's what we call waffles around these parts, rest assured and forget about the semantics, they're all delicious anyway.

Dinner tonight was garlic quinoa with roasted beets, sweet potato, broccoli, and onion topped with a bit of cashew-nut yeast "cheese".
