Yea he's a computer geek and thinks it will be "epic" I'm going to make a new nickname when he's a kid so he'll be known as something cool. My moms name is Donna, I want to name my daughter Elouise because its not very common and I like Ellie for short
I have a really weird last name, Trewartha-Weiner, its hyphenated (obviously), it's a good conversation starter i guess, but i always pronounce it like it's one full name so i usually have to write it down for people.
My name is Corwin, it was decided waaaayy before I was born, and I've yet to meet someone in person with the same name as me. I like having a unique name.
My name is Kielan. I've seen 2 others with my name in my life. Not the same spelling though. One being Keilan Dadd who skates for DGK. The other is Keilan Dikes who is a defenseman for the Arizona Cardinals. Not sure if the spellings are correct though.

Having a unique name has been a large part of my identity and has helped form my personality. Getting picked on for something silly like your name is great, it forces you to establish your self esteem and stand up for yourself. I correct people to this day, it's a boost to your confidence in a job interview and gives you a card to play.
