NSers in Wien

Hey, I just moved to Wien from the US to do a gap year as an au pair before going to school at the University of Denver. I was wondering if their are any NSers In the area? If there are I'd be sweet to meet up and the ride some together once winter rolls around. Post in here or pm if you are, thanks!
 
I think COR.E still lives in Wien. Not sure though. I went to DU and studied abroad in Wien in the fall of 2008. Have fun out there!

I've studied there last semester but im back home in Germany again. I know a few people from freeskiers.net are living in Vienna. They are mostly skiing at Schladming or Semmering which is like a 1 hour drive.

When i was there i was searching for other skiers and i met a few at Uni and the guy working at Blue-Tomato (Snowboard/Skate/Freeski Store) was pretty chill aswell. Never got around skiing with them though because i moved back to Germany but you can definitely find people who like to shred there.

Freeskiers.net is a Germany based website about freeskiing, touring etc. (could be compared to TGR)I suggest you make an account there and create a thread. I remember the members "Vinci" and "flo12345679" are studying in Wien and really are down to ski.

I'm in Salzburger Land, just near the Atomic Ski Factory so if you are ever in the area for skiing (especially mid season when the Austrian Freeski Open happens) hit me up.
 
Hi, I'm British but I've been living in Austria since 06. Moved to Vienna in September, don't know how much skiing I will be doing this year because of my ACL operation in Feb., but I don't think studies will get in the way too much ;)
 
Spent the spring 12 semester in Wien. Amazing city with epic skiing very close by. Travel to as many ski resorts as possible. All very accessible by train or short and cheap flight out of the Vienna airport. I have a few friends who are going to be there Jan-May. What district are you living in?
