Ns whats your opinion on trading my sti

car looks sick. but buying a car that heavily modified is always risky. i'd say stick with your 06, unless you really love it.

his 06 is modded too iirc, but i wuld def keep yours, thats a car youd want as a weekend car and youd need your sti as a dd to match it haha.
 
jordan its a straight up version 4 wrx from japan. thats like finding a needle in a haystack..no to men chin its lighter then a sti by alot and he puts down 480+ whp safely
 
kyle, if that rhd didnt have such a lame body kit, i would tell you to do it. but idk. the parts alone he put into that car is well worth the trade. and like you said finding a wrx like that is super hard. but its all up to you.
 
I really wouldnt.

Ive been into subarus for as long as i can remember and this is a bad idea.

1. do you really trust the guy who owned it and hacked it apart?

2. the jdm ecu is a pain in the ass, for anyone

3.jdm parts (not all) but most are different from usdm spec you get from a parts store

4. if it is rhd its gonna be a bitch to drive, drive throughs, blind hills and turns..etc

5. this is all depending if it is an actual jdm impreza

6. if its not its most likely a hack job, you never knew what he had and has not done to it

In a nut shell keep your STI, les pain, less hassles, and a better and more well know platform
 
also another note, buying modded cars, no matter to what extent ,usually ends up bad, a money pit, and not worth it

myself and several of my friends have experienced this, heed our warning
