just wondering about everyones summer job, cause most of us are 15-19 years old..or just full time jobs...

ill start

concrete.

Wellllll I'm 22, and I'm a chef/counter person at this catering company/deli in Big Sky. Woo.

Funny you ask because I'm at work right now! I sit at my desk in a cubicle and answer phones and fix peoples problems. I also do paper work. I'm the back up person for the front desk at my office too so when the guy up front is gone I am up there then get to deal with people face-to-face and lurk on NS. I am really beginning to hate my job because I sit in an office with no windows and deal with angry/diffiucult/retarted/the occasional nice person all day. I do get cool perks at my job and I get paid pretty well and I have worked here for a year now and they feed us, but I really dislike sitting at a desk all day, I want to do something.

Just got hired as trail crew for a large resort in Colorado. Maintaining ski runs throughout the summer, and with a little luck, maintaining mountain bike trails.

some angry man in his fifties said he would kill me and my co-worker just because we were asking "stupid ass fucking irrelevant questions" (control questions we HAVE to ask in order to give him any info whatsoever about his Amex/Visa/whatever card that moron had. We hung up on him. Asshole.

just got hired for an unreal job. Headed out to alberta to work at the boathouse at the fairmont lake louise. So stoked about it, basically I supervise the canoe and mountain bike area and rent them out to people at the hotel. I think I also go on day trips and stuff with the people at the hotel.

I work construction and maintenance at a local tennis club/beach/pool.

I also play music and get money through gigs and promoting people.

I also work as a waiter at a local restaurant, not sure how long that's going to last though. I'm up to over 60 hrs a week and I want to have some fun this summer too.
