wow you dont have to go ape shit on me. i helped out the other day at the office and counted the preorders. youll get it soon i was just saying you dont have to make a thread about calling the ns store unreliable when it is infact your movie is a "preorder". (that means you order it before they get it). just be patient

Instead of making a "NS Store seems unreliable!" thread, it is probably better to make a thread asking when the movies will be shipped. I know you must be pissed your thread was deleted, but no need to jump to conclusions and call the store unreliable.
Only a few movies have started being shipped, and a lot of them only go on sale in the next couple of weeks.

Believe me, we've learned our lesson with the shipping, and starting this day forwards the store will be running smoothly!
Now the other issue, which is the fact that people are buying pre-orders and expecting them to be shipped immediately is another story. As Jason said, remember that the company doesn't even ship us the pre-order until its released... so you are giving money with the knowledge that you'll get it as soon as possible.
We're goign to get this thing dialed into an exact science, and you all will be getting everything as fast as is possible moving forwards!

i'm pretty sure the movies can't ship until the distributor ships to NS.

you need to chillout. you made a thread that said that the store was unreliable because you made a retarted thread in the first place, and your emails werent answered. how is that no being reliable? that has nothing to do with the store itself. most companies havent even shipped their movies yet, so ns wouldnt have them in the first place. if you want to know when your movies are going to ship, then maybe you should check the productions' websites to see when they ship, then allow time to get to ns, package them together for the big pack, and then ship them to you. its going to take a while.
