NS Store Scammed Me

A few weeks ago I bought a movie and two packs of stickers from the NS store, but only one pack of 6 stickers arrived. I did get my movie download though. Filed a complaint in the store, said i didn't get my second sticker pack, but that was like a month ago and now im kinda pissed. I know its not worth that much, but really, I bought it, so give me my money's worth!
And I know you guys aren't trying to scam me, but mistakes were made by you guys.
Someone please help me out!
 
Hey, sorry for the mix up. Could you pm me your order number? I'll make sure you get those sticker packs and movie. It happens that sticker packs get lost in the mail or that I misread the order but that can easily be fixed! We're definitely not trying to scam anyone. We back our orders 100% so if there's ever a problem let me know about it and we'll get it figured out.
 
NS store is legit man, my shipping was taking awhile on my tee and just pming Malcolm got me it in 1 week from my message.
 
Ns store is legit. There was a fuck up on my side too and a week later, I received an undamaged item AND a NS bandana!
 
NS is maaaad legit yo. Malcom is the shit and knows how to get things done. Plus, he's fun to ski with.
 
Word to the wise: this is BULLSHIT. The NS Store is actually a front for a series of complex pyramid schemes and 419s. Malcolm actually forgot to send out your stickers because he was busy sending e-mails claiming to be a Nigerian prince.
 
Have you considered handing over the shipping and day to day operation of the ns store to an outside source?

I know this guy, he runs a site called "igucci" and he'd be perfect for the job.

plus we'd get a whole new range of products almost weekly.
 
this is the guy i was telling you about. He runs multiple sites. Put him in charge of the NS store and just look at the products we'd be getting!

I mean look at those prices. A winder coat for $50? Goddamn! I'd buy 7 or 8 of those alone if NS sold them.
