Ns Store problem

So I ordered an IMAG3 hat from the NS store on august first, give of take a few days, my paypal was finally charged on august 10th, I havent gotten my hat yet, I did the contact thing in the store about 4 days ago, no response, contacted all the red namers, still no information on my order and still no hate at my door, im getting a little annoyed, anyone have any thoughts, suggestions, experiances?
