NS Store Issues

K so about a week ago i bought a newschoolers bandana, lanyard and the green money logo. I undertood that the bandana and the lanyard were a pre-order but after e-mailing Doug Bishop and Jason Mousseau about my problems both said that it would get sorted out within the next 24 hours. After waiting nearly 72 hours for my green money sign to show up I'm still waiting for it. I've e-mailed Jason Mousseau about my problems and i havent gotten a response after 3 more days of waiting. I understand that the newschoolers store is just starting out and there will be bumps along the road but it's just discouraging to make a donation to the site when i have to go through all of this trouble to get the green money logo. I don't know what this will do to help my cause but what the heck.
 
yeah def i ordered a bandana and a random sticker pack a few days ago and i havent heard anything and i was just in the store and they dont sell the random sticker pack anymore. so am i still gunna get the random sticker pack or what? and anyone know when the bandanas ship?
 
they are kinda slow on everything, but I mean I think its just one guy running it? maybe Im wrong, but they get a lot of orders every day, and Im sure they have other things than to worry about who doesnt have their dollar sign yet. Its been like 2+ weeks for my stickers but you just gotta chill, do you really need the bandanna or lanyard right now?

they got a site to run, so just hang out. your gear will show.

and to the original poster, always just pm one of the guys, I dont think ive ever emailed them but if I pm a mod or owner I get a response real quick. there good about that.
 
same, with a bunch of stickers too, every day i look forward to checking the mail, than shortly after contimplate suiside for a few hours
 
same here! except i never order anything. i just hope someone cares enough to send me something. but all i ever get is a happy birthday card from my dentist like 2 months early!!!
 
on july 16 I purchased a money sign, ns bandana, and ns lanyard

got an emails from jason on the 25 saying just hold on tight because he's trying to make more sticker packets..

i'm sure shit is hectic guys so just give it time i mean you'll live with out your stickers for a few more weeks
 
Log in to your store acc and go to your order and you might be able to get some updated info as to if its shipped yet or wtvr. They can even leave notes under the info. ie:

Haha, yeah it's been almost two months and my rather large order of NS stickers hasn't come yet. I'm emailed them and they just said they're busy. It's understandable. Just be patient.
 
quite honestly ns store is so sick. it takes a while but they email you when the status is updated and its not like automatic. their really chills. kudos to you ns store.
 
yeah i was wondering the same thing about when my stickers were coming....but then i logged in at the NS store and went to purchases or whatever, and there i had a little message that was received on the 11th saying my order would be shipped within the next few days. stoked!
 
I ordered mine on the 14th.. and it said it was sent on the 25th but I never got anything? snail mail or what?
