NS Store Feedback

just ordered a sticker pack. any clue how long i should be looking at to get it? i live in washington
 
Right now I'm kinda meh about the store because it's been over a month since I ordered. my first package disappeared and the second hasn't been shipped yet. I love ns, but I'm wondering where my stuff is.

consequently, the hat I ordered from ec headwear that same day came about a month ago.
 
Just got my stuff! reppin NS right now with my scarf, slapped two of the five free stickers on my gear already, and now i'm about to watch Such Is Life for the first time! JEAAAA NS!!!
 
you guys ever answer the store email? ive sent atleast 5 different emails about the same things over the past two weeks. nothing. no reply, no nothing. Im missing a sticker pack that I really really wanted and still have yet to get.

what is the best way to contact you guys I know pming is bad you get hundreds a day and an email is a little bit more personal I think. if you dont answer the store email what do you answer tell me!
 
Apparently there have been some issues with the store email lately which should be taken care of. Try one final email. If its stickers you are waiting for they should be on the way as I know the guys are pretty up to date with those orders.
 
For the movies, everything was shipped out the day after received it, meaning if you ordered Slamina, you should be getting it soon (unless however you ordered another movie we have yet to receive)
 
I should update this! I got my shwag last week and it's dooooope! Wasn't Newschoolers fault, more like my stuff got lost in the mail forever and ever for weird reasons! Thank you ns!
 
YES! my copies of road to nowhere and slamina have finaly shipped along with my Claimasoarus T. Good on you NS.
 
Well Jason and the NS store and also all the customers buying that purple claimasaurus shirt made me a little bit proud.

That's all I have to contribute to this thread I guess.

Although I won my NS Stuff (and therefore can't really talk about the store), it was shipped super fast (to Germany) and is also amazing quality.

i just got my first package from the store and WOW....i ordered a sticker pack, claim, turbo, slamina, and a lanyard, and i got a free claimasaurus tee and an extra lanyard....I LOVE THE NS STORE
 
2nd experience with the store:
A month or so ago, i ordered a dino t and slamina, but since slamina wasent in yet they had to wait for it and then they were going to ship slamina with the t shirt.Anyway, exactly a week after NS got slamina, it was in my mailbox so i was stoked. Open the package and my dino was a size small, and i ordered large. So i message Mosseau and say, hey man can i send my small back for a large? He's like, we only got xl's left is that cool? Ya sure man, you want me to send this back, he's like nah give it to some breezy. As week after i talked to him (today) i open my mailbox and my parcel is in there.
So legit.
 
I second this.

It would be dope to own an NS tie. Something that looked professional/dressy that you could wear to formal events, but still said newschoolers on it. Like the pattern on the bandana, except black on black or something subtle.

Also, if products are sold out, it would be nice to know that they are sold out, so that we dont spend a great deal of time looking for the t-shirts, and wondering why we cant find them. Maybe you could still have the products on the site, but with a "sold out" sign over them. Or "new t-shirts coming soon" product with a silhouette of a t-shirt etc.
 
Making ties that look moderately professional is neither as easy nor as cheap as it sounds. But if it is done, I request that the blade be at max 2.7" wide.
 
Yo is head for the hills in yet, ive emailed you twice in the last 4 days with no return email, if not could you seperate my orders and send them seperately since i ordered my shit like a month and a half ago.
 
We just got all the HFTH orders out yesterday! Sorry for the delay it just took a reallllly long time for them to arrive but they are all on their way so make sure to check your mailbox daily.

i have ordered two standards and now i think im ready for the real deal.
i think we also need some fleece lined NS bandanas for around $20
also some of them nice and shiny stickers of the gold and silver variety
tall tees would be very nice too. maybe print some of your new designs on talls and just bump up the price a little.

I ordered my second sticker pack a few days ago. Can't wait for it to get here, I need to sticker more things.
 
just got my second sticker pack, 47 stickers in total in this package. Big ups to NS on this, fast delivery and I am a very satisfied customer.
 
Hope this hapens to me. I ordered two packs. My order was processed on the third. I hope i get 94 stickers since i ordered two
 
Ive boughten stickers and i think i got my Head for the Hills dvd out of the NS store and they got here in good time considering they came from quebec. and im gonna buy a lanyard soon and i really want a shirt but i couldnt find them on the store. if anyone can help me out on where to find a shirt id really appreciate it. thanks
 
i bought some stuff right before the store closed. last time i ordered stuff from the store, it took like 5 days. it has been about 12ish days now, and i was wondering if this could be related to the NS store closing.
yes, yes, i know i am being impatiant.
