I'm pretty sure i'm going to make some stickers for everyone on NS. To pay for them and make a few dollars, i'll have to mark up the prices a little (i'll post them later. Besides the newschoolers.com logo in the upper right of the page, do you have any other ideas?

like the idea but not writing in that pic. just keep it simple, making stickers complicated looking doesn't work too wel. maybe have a sillouette of a skier (like the old NS logo) as well.

yeah man...I wanted to make NS badges for coats and shit, but I know for a fact that I would need some kind of a permission, and even then...marketing someone else's idea for my own profit is kinda stupid

wait...is it gunna be stickers that say just newschoolers.com or newschooler. like what are they going to say? are there gunna be pictures and ish with it? and he would have to make some money cause for good sticker paper its somewhat costly. and if you do make the stickers make sure they arent paper based cause they will get wet and fall off.

I could be wrong, but I thought he just said he wanted to use the font from the second graphic

Also, the way I'd approach this, is do it as a project for ns. A way of giving back. There really is not alot of money to be made, so you may as well just use any profits from it to support a greater production of it or donate it back to ns.

Just a thought. But as said, you really should get permission from the powers at be here.

yeah man, gotta have some oldschool ns stickers and some dope stickers. i'd also advise you to make some that just have 'NS' (for a chill looking sticker) and some to have 'newschoolers.com' (for advertisement)

Yeha your stickers cool but is more of a background for your computer. its to detailed dude. make it simple. for example look at the PBP logo, look how simple it is but still afective

Doug forwarded me your message and I'll do my best to answer you questions. First off, we're kind of in a sticky situation with stuff like this. While we're stoked that you want to take the initiative and make some stickers, we can't allow you to produce them to be sold. Any selling of the stickers would be a violation of copyright laws on our logo. Now that's not to stop you from making some stickers and just giving them away - but we just can't have someone making money off of our intellectual property.

The problem with stuff like this is that if we let one person do it, then everyone else will think it's ok and we could have a major problem on our hands.

Let me know if you have any other concerns, and thanks for the support!
