NS Snowboarders, I know you're out there

Go to your local shop and see if they have any of last years models for half off. 300 dollar board half off is 150...and thats pretty cheap

well, I think she was lookin more for packages. like board + bindings type of thing for cheap.

but I guess we'll stroll around lookin through stores.

so those sort of packages are fine if shes going up less 15 days a season, but usually the bindings and boots that come with them are really shitty, and not worth buying even if its really cheap. never cheap out on boots, even the best blue bird pow day can be miserable when your feet are killing you.

she's a regular stance. (I believe that's what it's called).around...I think..~120 lbs.?

i believe age really has nothing to do with her purchasing a board...but she's 19

go to a shop, get boots that fit her and then you can skimp on the rest because she sounds like she is just looking to try

Go to a place called Dogfunk.com and I think they have live people you can chat with that can help your sister out. Its a snowboard website so they should probably know a little more then us. have your sister pm me if it works.

check evogear.com Unfortunately the place blew up over the last 5 years but you can still find good stuff in the outlet. And womens stuff doesn't get touched as much.

Some shops carry used boards. Sometimes in the fall their are huge regional ski/snowboard sales. I used to go to one every year and get new stuff for 50%+ off because it was last years model.

Unfortunately I don't have anything left to sell, and my stuffs too big.

good luck though

just go to a local shop and low ball them on a setup. my bro did it and it worked well for him. If you factor in a girl you'll get an even better deal
