oh my god that looked bad. but this needs to be submitted to mythbusters as evidence that a really hard hit CAN knock your shoes off. or was it knock your socks off? idk, but that sucks
 
when i saw the video I was like, oh shit!

but then when I saw someone post he was okay I was like, fuck yeah!
