Ns Silicone bracelets

ok i know this idea has been mentioned many times but it still hasn't been done, so i am actauly seriouse about doing this

at first i think ill buy 100 and see how it goes from there. ill prolly be selling at like 3bucks apeice(not sure yet)

we need to decide on an oficial colour to make them

i was thinking

-lime green

-neon orange

-neon blue

and i was thinking it should say either

-NS

-Newschoolers

-www.newschoolers.com

lemme know if you guys have anyother ideas

and lemme know if you would actualy be interested in getting one
 
whatever you make i'd buy one for sure

maybe have a picture of someone skiing on there if you can
 
I don't mean to be an ass or anything, but has there been a lot of pressure on the mods to crack down recently? I barely ever noticed moderators having to intervene since I joined over a year ago and I've seen it twice just today.
 
they have the rights to ns. thats it they just wana rep themselves as a skiier, i guess just find another word to put on it if you really want, like jib or somethin
 
they own the rights to the letters NS? just make the bracelets but dont sell them directly through this sight.
 
how bout you order them and then all the money made goes to newschoolers then everybody wins... except for you
 
It is unclear to me exactly what rights NS has to the names like "NS" and "newschoolers" because the "legal" link at the bottom of the page seems to be broken.

Maybe you guys should fix that.

If NS sued some kids for making silicone bracelets, I would laugh so fucking hard. Then I would never come back.
 
dont be difficult. Respect the website, if it werent for newschoolers then you wouldnt even have the idea of making it, so just let it be. stick Jib or something cool on there like somebody else said

im not sure. but technically speaking i dont believe that anyone can have the right to word or a couple letters. im not saying that it should be done. but i think its true.
 
nope. a couple of letters could mean anything. the word on the other hand i dont know about. newschool is something that is new. lets take rap for example. you could say that public enemy. now a newschooler group would be lets say three six mafia. im not saying im right just putting it out there. oldschool-newschool.
 
but when your using those letters to represent a name that they do have rights to...and you try to make money using that name...its not legal.

And why is everyone here trying to come up with ways to rip off NS anyways. If you really want to make these silly little bracelets just talk to doug, he would probably be really cool about it, and may or may not ask for a piece of the profits, but would you blame him if he does want some of the money that you make using a site that he has dedicated himself to making and maintaining to keep you happy?
