NS should make a wep app for the iphone and/or itouch

Its been discussed, for alot of sites, and it is simply pointless. The iphone or touch is built fast enough to handle this entire site, it may be a bit slow, but this site is huge. Why do you think apple doesnt have a site like this? The only thing you have to do is go to settings > Safari > and turn i think java script off? someone correct me cause i think im wrong.
